Companies accelerating AI hiring are deploying capital into AI capabilities. Sustained multi-week acceleration is a stronger signal than single-week spikes. Watch for acceleration across company categories, not just individual names.
Topics with high research visibility but low hiring demand have not yet translated commercially. Some never will. The gap itself is the signal worth watching, not the research volume alone.
When open-source repos, model ecosystem activity, and hiring demand converge on the same area, it can suggest a category forming. All signals here are directional and early, not investment advice.
